Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for in-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth in various regions of South Asia.
- Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement from the perspective of the content preparation based on global and regional strategies.
- Work with T&S and other functions to help inform/jointly develop community safety strategies and monitor safety risks in the content community.
- Monitor in-app short video content, position content style problems and cooperate with Algo, PM and T&S to collaborate on solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related subject.
- Preferably intermediate knowledge of SQL and excellence in using Excel and MS Office softwares.
- Have a deep understanding and practical knowledge of digital media and short-video platforms.
