Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating daily maintenance with the team for cooler installation, maintenance and renovation activities.
- Preparing and servicing new and used coolers.
- Focus on providing quality service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handling the cooler technicians for on service calls to repair or adjust faulty cooler.
- Executing technical maintenance training for the subordinates.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a cooler workshop experience
- Strong knowledge in hot and cold-water dispenser maintenance (cooler)
- Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Creating and managing team shift schedules.
