Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related field

• A recognized accountancy or relevant financial qualification (preferrable but not essential)

• A minimum of 5 – 6 years of experience in financial consulting within the government, a private sector bidder or another advisory firm working on one or more of: PPP, project finance, outsourcing, or similar service contracts
