Job Responsibilities
- Support and monitor express operations to ensure effective and efficient workflow to achieve objectives within quality standards
- Assess the delivery requirements and arrange as per the stipulated timeline
- Follow-up on inbound/outbound operations in accordance with the standard procedures and quality of service
- Conduct Rate studies and analysis
- Conducting Daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Provide insightful data analysis to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
- Give operational trainings to outsource agents
- Set up standard compliance operating procedures
- Negotiate pricing offers based on business profiles
Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience
- Degree in business administration or industrial engineering
- Experienced in Microsoft office
- Fluent in English
- Team Player
- Excellent command in communication skills
