REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Creativity and storytelling ability with a strong eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and video engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage content calendar and workflow.
• Oversee the creation and editing of high-quality content (articles, blogs, social media posts, videos).
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for maximum reach.
• Monitor content performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Engage with the audience across platforms to foster community and brand loyalty.
• Work with marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive content execution.
