As leading sales broker for Gulfstream, Aeronegoci is aiming at developing its commercial activities by establishing an office in Dubai, UAE. Therefore, Aeronegoci is aiming at recruiting a Country Manager, in charge of the development of its activities in the Middle East.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customers portfolio management. Set clear commercial vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders and the rest of the unit. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the commercial vision is aligned with the business objectives.
  • Prioritize sales workload based on the customer portfolio and oversee the sales from inception to customer delivery.
  • Master a progressive sales approach, build in invested relationships and coordinate with stakeholders to monitor the sales vision and priorities.
  • Promote and work in an agile configuration, keep track of changing customer needs and refine priorities accordingly.
  • Lead and coordinate any change activity, maintain the delivery sales roadmap, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Maintain momentum while balancing the triangle of scope, time, and budget in line with dynamic customer requests.
  • Actively manage sale risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent sales. Use proportionate governance and established a customer delivery framework.
  • Coordinate workload with the other internal units to ensure internal resource are understood and available when required.

Job Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Industrial Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Aeronautic experience highly recommended. Minimum 7 years’ experience preferably with at least 3 years in sales aircraft
  • industry. French national, with additional aircraft experience in Middle East would be a bonus.
  • Proven track record of data analytics and sales ownership.
  • Excellent sales coordinator who can plan 2-3 steps ahead of the customer to foresee hidden risks.
  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from legal and procurement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence key account customers.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse portfolio with concurrent initiatives underpinned by proven dexterity,
  • creativity, and the efficient use of given resources.
  • Solid experience in delivering all stages of strategic sales life cycle, managing the delivery of complex assets including customer maintenance management.
