Job Responsibilities:
- Work closed with policy head to ensure that clear policy guidelines and frame work are in place for all retail products.
- Ensure that lending parameters are constantly refined and fine-tuned in line with the changing macro-economic conditions.
- Responsible for tracking the mandate & scales and portfolio caps.
- Responsible for ensuring policy guidelines are reviewed and approved on annual basis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputed institution (Post graduation degree will be an added advantage).
- 2 years of work experience will be an added advantage.
