Responsibilities
-Provide strategic support to the brands and work closely to build the best solution on TikTok. -Drive market/vertical specific insights and collaborate with data & insights team to conduct research on key issues and to make a meaningful impact -Being a market expert who understands the digital marketing & social media landscape and marketing ecosystem in Turkey -Can write clean and compelling strategic stories that help clients visualize the endless possibilities of TikTok. -Go-to person when it comes to understanding ad formats suitability as well as coupling latest trends with client briefs. -Demonstrate thought leadership and provide proactive inspiration and recommendations based on the clients’ needs. -Be the go-to creative , working with the sales and marketing teams to turn RFPs and proactive pitches into famous and effective campaigns. -Liaise with clients to develop a strong understanding of their requirements and objectives. -Be both the champion and the guardian of Content Excellence for Turkey. -Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients, agencies and TikTok teams to bring great ideas and creative work to life.
Qualifications
-7+ years experience in digital media at creative agency, media agency or brand. -Native Turkish speaker with an advanced level of English. -A self starter and creative thinker with a proven ability to resourcefully manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
