  • BS or MS degree
  • 7 + years experience of marketing, CRM or loyalty analytics in a leadership role
  • Loyalty or membership experience is a huge bonus


  • Delivering CRM inline with an agreed strategy and manage a team of email and SMS experts responsible for driving the business KPIs by optimizing email campaign performance.
  • Liaising with product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives
  • Technical campaign planning
  • Analysis and report generation
  • Operating broadcast tool on a day to day basis e.g. Making selections, setting up campaigns, reporting etc
  • Working with the wider agency to deliver best practice campaigns and strategic projects
  • Ability to make recommendations and suggestions to improve existing campaigns and always strive for continuous improvement.
