7 + years experience of marketing, CRM or loyalty analytics in a leadership role
Loyalty or membership experience is a huge bonus
Responsibilities:
Delivering CRM inline with an agreed strategy and manage a team of email and SMS experts responsible for driving the business KPIs by optimizing email campaign performance.
Liaising with product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives
Technical campaign planning
Analysis and report generation
Operating broadcast tool on a day to day basis e.g. Making selections, setting up campaigns, reporting etc
Working with the wider agency to deliver best practice campaigns and strategic projects
Ability to make recommendations and suggestions to improve existing campaigns and always strive for continuous improvement.
