- BS or MS degree
- 7 + years experience of marketing, CRM or loyalty analytics in a leadership role
- Loyalty or membership experience is a huge bonus
- Delivering CRM inline with an agreed strategy and manage a team of email and SMS experts responsible for driving the business KPIs by optimizing email campaign performance.
- Liaising with product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives
- Technical campaign planning
- Analysis and report generation
- Operating broadcast tool on a day to day basis e.g. Making selections, setting up campaigns, reporting etc
- Working with the wider agency to deliver best practice campaigns and strategic projects
- Ability to make recommendations and suggestions to improve existing campaigns and always strive for continuous improvement.
