Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the delivery of raw materials and supplies.

   

• Build good relationships with suppliers to ensure they are priced and delivered on time.

   

• Check inventory to ensure there is no overstock.

   

• Coordinate demand with kitchen and operations team.

   

• Rotate stock properly to avoid waste

   

• Maintain records of all purchases and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years of similar experience in food industry.
• Energetic resource with strong leadership and communication skills.
