Description:
On behalf of a Government entity, we are seeking a new Culture Analysis & Reporting Unit Head – Strategic Affairs Sector to join their team. The role holder will take on the responsibility of overseeing the overall delivering of culture-focused performance analyses and other research studies in close collaboration with respective teams from the entity’s Culture Sector. In addition, they will ensure using top class research tools and frameworks and will lead leveraging internal and external data to deliver comprehensive reports that support and enable enhanced decision making by the management team and by the Culture Sector.
Job Requirements:
- This position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance/Economics/Public Policy or equivalent qualification, with at least 5 to 6 years of experience in a business process, quality and operational excellence role.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and able to work with large and diverse data sets as well as previous culture/heritage experience is preferred.
- Candidates must possess a strong skill set including strategic decision-making, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills and building relationships and collaboration skills.
