Job requirements:

  • To help our customers have an excellent experience with W1TTY via in-app chat, video calling, email and phone. We are not building another typical call center! We do things differently by using the latest tech and infrastructure to help our Customer Care team assist our users in real time, live!
  • Provide world-class customer support via email, phone, and live chat and video calling.
  • Understand and assist users on their journey of onboarding, using and being happy with their experience.
  • Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues.
  • Understand the need to meet expectations, rise above them, and go that extra mile for customers.
  • Show a flexible approach working in a changing and fast-growing environment
  • Reduce number of interactions by sharing information, updating existing knowledge and
  • collaborating with other teams.
  • Make suggestions and recommendations to Supervisor to continually improve customer service.
