Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Orders requests via telephone, e-mail, website, and fax – high volume.
  • Process credit card orders.
  • Process Sales quotes.
  • Review Open Order report daily.
  • Ensure that orders ship on time and daily communication with the Shipping team.
  • Track Shipments and communicate to customers promptly.
  • Daily interaction with the Production Control team.
  • Attend to Phone Queue – high volume.
  • Respond to inquiries about inventory availability, product model, lead time, pricing, and order status
  • Process a minimum of 35 orders per day.
  • Cross-train with multiple accounts / assigned to manage accounts.
  • Process International customers, process orders, and familiarized with exporting documentation, terms, forwarders, commercial invoices, and proformas.
  • Process orders through EDI transactions.
  • Able to manage shared E-mail shared folder, proper follow-up, organize, and respond to e-mails promptly.
  • High volume of e-mail communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Communicate well and support the Sales Team.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor both in person and over the phone.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to type accurately.
  • Computer literate / 40 wpm /10 key by touch.
  • Must be able to multi-task with a proactive/positive mindset.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Written / Verbal skills.
