Responsibilities:
- Be a superhero in understanding Marn’s products, procedures, policies, and business rules
- Invest your amazing knowledge of Marn to pave the way for your customers toward an ultimate experience
- You will act as the closest friend to all your customers by being one second away once they need your support
- Treat what your customers have to say like a life-or-death matter by giving them your full attention
- Unlock the empathetic counselor in you as if their issue is yours
- Happiness prompts happiness. You will maintain your own happiness as your most precious asset
- Like the sun, you will be persistent in your rising. You will manage your time precisely, and accomplish your KPIs like a champ
- You will act as the voice of the customer inside the company
- Represent Marn in adherence with its brand tone, language, and persona
Requirements:
- Superior communication skills in Arabic both written and verbal
