Job Responsibilities:
- To implement customer implementations together with the Regional and Global Customer Implementation Manager.
- Interact with customers; act as the project implementation specialist both internally and externally.
- Performs root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous measurement to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
- Manage customer implementations against pre-agreed service standards and budgets.
Job Requirements:
- Divisional Experience: 3-5 Years working in DGF.
- Maintain very effective working relationships with Marketing and Sales, in-country Implementation Management teams, Operations as well as all members of respective customer projects – from different countries and regions.
- TMS Deployment Experience and knowledge of Carbonize.
- Knows Middle East and African Countries.
