Tasks
- Perform retrofit actions and machine repairs, inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and submit timesheets, service reports, delegation reports, drawings and other documents related to the assigned task.
- Perform technical assistance, training and other after sales services of the machines.
- Coordinate with internal and external customer technicians during startups or maintenance jobs.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers.
- Sharing of experience and feedback to other projects and functions.
- Report after sales opportunities at the customer site.
- Compliance with processes, procedures, and tools.
- Remote support for troubleshooting.
- Any other related tasks assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in engineering.
- Higher technical education with further training in Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the feed industry.
- Fluent communication skill in English language; Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Insightful, able to collaborate with other management team members in developing strategy and implementing business plans and forecast.
- Good customer service with a focus on resolving issues and completing the scope of service in a timely and professional manner.

- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Ability to collaborate with other team members in providing support to the customer.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
