Description:
We are looking for an experienced General Insurance Customer Service Executive to join our Corporate Lines department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Based in our Dubai office, you will provide insurance solutions along with administrative support to our corporate customers and our financial advisers by utilizing your excellent and in-depth knowledge and experience of the products we distribute following our internal /external policies and procedures.
- Handle and resolve queries raised by Financial Advisers and customers
- Provide our customers with insurance solutions that fit their corporates needs (from quotation to policy implementation)
- Service a portfolio of existing corporate customers (policy renewal, claims, endorsement, premium payment collection…)
- Interact on a regular basis with our insurance partners and our customers to ensure best service
- Maintain client and policy data within our internal system
- Demonstrate a “can do” and professional attitude
Job Requirements:
- Ideally 5 to 8 years prior experience in a customer servicing role in the insurance industry (“Corporates Lines” motor and non-motor),
- underwriting, policy implementation and claim management
- Familiar with insurance providers operating within the local market, their products, and processes, especially properties and casualty insurance
- Be experienced in all relevant systems and insurers platforms
- Able to work as part of a team, being solution driven
- Excellent communication skills with internal & external entities, both verbal and written
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
- CII is a plus
