Job Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Admissions SOP.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure proficient up to date knowledge of Ski Dubai products, promotions and services.
• Perform suggestive selling (up-selling strategy), advise and assist guests with sales and bookings.
• Monitor and report any concerns over minimum requirements for skiers and snowboarders.
• Enforce under 13 helmet policy and minimum age requirement to enter the facility which is currently at 2 years old and above.

Job Requirements

• High school graduate
• Previous experience in Security is preferably
• Minimum of 2 year experience in Customer service or equivalent
• English literate.
• Personal presentation.
• Effective customer service
