Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should be a graduate from a recognized institution
- At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position, preferably in a bank
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of basic banking products, services and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including banking software, MS Office
