Should be a graduate from a recognized institution
At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position, preferably in a bank
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Knowledge of basic banking products, services and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
Proficiency in using computer systems, including banking software, MS Office
