Job Responsibilities:
- Developing the right long-term condition monitoring technical solution for customers post deployment.
- Aligning capabilities to specific outcomes, creates reference architectures, and calculates potential solution value.
- Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and where the products or systems will be used.
- Keeping track of customers’ expired agreements and identifying opportunities in the region.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- Experience in customer success management for a software solution.
- Technical experience in System 1 or Similar condition monitoring software.
