Job Responsibilities:

• Managing programmes and projects to successful conclusion as defined through each project’s evaluation framework, such that it leads to subsequent sales at scale.
• Using a standard approach to our customer implementations (Prince2 or similar).
• Managing the engagements directly with clients during the customer success phase.
• Responsible for usage, tracking and billing of MySense resources to maintain project profitability throughout.
• Working in collaboration with colleagues from MySense and partner organizations to ensure customer success.
• Responsible for booking resources to the client.
• Responsible for planning and facilitating workshops and other customer facing sessions.
• Responsible for production and curation of all programmer documentation.
• Project must be formally closed and handed over to the Technical Account Manager at point of scale-up/BAU.
• Build and develop good relationships with all customers and be the single point of contact for customers during the project’s lifetime.
• Some involvement in pre-sales activity to help define the project resources required for customer implementations.
• Weekly reporting to the client and to MySense on performance and financials.

Job Requirements:

• Must have project and/or programmer management experience.
• Experience of working with the public sector is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Must have credibility and confidence to work at a senior level and be comfortable influencing a range of stakeholders.
