WE ARE Hiring MANAGER/AM OPERATIONS TEHSIL

Short listed candidates can be transferred anywhere in Punjab.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee waste collection, transport, and disposal at the tehsil level.
• Serve as the main contact between regional and tehsil staff.
• Coordinate resource allocation (staff, vehicles, equipment) with the region.
• Resolve operational challenges through effective communication.
• Optimize waste collection schedules and routes.
• Ensure best cleanliness practices in the area / tehsil.
• Facilitate staff training and development for better performance.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience (Preferably in Waste Management)
• People Management and Leadership Skills
