Position: ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION ENGINEER (Management Position)

Location: Dairy / Tea whitener Manufacturing Site Based in Lahore

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 03–05 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: MS Office, AutoCad. (SAP PM ERP is an added benefit).
• Certification: PMP certification is a plus.

Brief Outline of Main Duties

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant electrical systems, including transformers, motors, VFDs, breakers, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in control circuits, Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, and automation systems; interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.
• Execute and manage CAPEX and electrical projects end-to-end, including load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection.
• Drive root cause analysis for breakdowns, implement energy-saving and cost optimization initiatives, and support HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with operations teams to close SAP PM notifications and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate strong project management capabilities for planning and executing engineering initiatives.
