Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: M.Sc. Food Technology / Dairy Technology
• Experience: 3-5 Years
• Expertise: Quality Assurance of Aseptically Packed Dairy Products
• Skills: Analytical testing skills, Computer skills, and SAP

Key Responsibilities

The resource will be liable to:

• All quality work during your shift

   

• Supervise QA members and inspectors

   

• Follow food safety rules and regulations

   

• Work closely with production and warehouse team

   

• Resolve problems encountered during work

   

• Check quality records and reports

   

• Train staff on cleanliness and food safety
