Responsibilities:

• Manage Churn of database basis historical trends on yield
• Identify penetration trends and plan database treatment
• Flash prescriptive reports from various platforms such as the dialer, CRM, and database
• Flash dialer reports on agents with disposition stats and other critical elements.

Skill Set Required:

• Strong Exposure to Outbound Telesales Dialer – Such as Genesys, Aspect, Avaya …etc
• Strong understanding of database churn management for Outbound telesales platforms
• Exposure to Predictive, Progressive, Auto, Timed Preview, & Preview dialing strategies.
• Understanding of dialing strategies with merits and demerits
• Understanding of Power BI will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of Excel & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of platforms such as Python & R Studio will be an added advantage
• Exposure to database scoring will be an added advantage.
