We’re looking for a Barber Shop Manager to oversee the operations of our Darimooch Barber Shop and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the barber shop.
Supervise barbers and support staff, ensuring performance and discipline.
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Oversee scheduling, appointments, and shop cleanliness.
Manage inventory, supplies, and cash handling.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines.
Support marketing activities and keep track of customer feedback.
Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales and service targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and track shop performance.
