Responsibilities

• Undertake patient consultations and physical examinations, and assessments, and plan treatment requirements through clinics at a minimum of 4-5 times per week including evening clinics.
• Conduct CPET and provide consultation for patients through weekly clinics
• Liaise with other doctors, healthcare professionals, and non-medical staff to administer effective treatment of diabetes in the context of clinical care and  research
• Write detailed patient reports and records; ensure accuracy and up-to-date status of records, medical reports, discharge summaries, and all required
• Participate and lend expertise, and advice in working groups/committees that contribute to the DDI mission, vision and values
• Ensure confidentiality of patient data obtained through clinics and research studies
• Develop policies & procedures for clinical care and clinical research unit
• Develop leaflets, patient awareness materials, and promotions
• Performs all other relevant duties as assigned

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Organizational skills, communication skills, writing skills
• Experience with project management
• Must be flexible to work according to course schedules and timings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word)
• Arabic and English are a must
• Minimum 05 years of experience
