Job Responsibilities

  • Speak to users and location supervisors for informal data collection
  • Collect basic asset information on industrial equipment including make/model, serial number, purchase and/or manufacture date, replacement cost, service and frequency and cost
  • Observe equipment utilization trends
  • To collect and record data as apart of the asset inventory process

Job Requirements

  • Must be proficient in the use of personal computer and related software application and computer systems relevant to the work (e.g., Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, SharePoint etc.)
  • Must possess good keyboarding skills and good organizational skills to meet established deadlines
  • Requires good oral and written computation skills for the purpose of exchanging and obtaining information
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Experience in a warehouse considered an asset
