About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data records in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and company software.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical documents.
- Generate reports and extract information as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.
- Assist with data cleanup, validation, and error corrections.
- Coordinate with other departments for data collection and processing.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
