Responsibilities:
- Create a record that will demonstrate how personal data is used in each area of the business.
- Interview business leads to understand their processes and document them using google forms and excel.
- Understanding and documenting the processes will assist in highlighting where there may be security vulnerabilities or where additional controls are required in the processes.
- Help each business to implement any immediate necessary controls.
- Assist Data Protection Director with undertaking and cataloguing risk assessments for each process.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a final year student in UAE, 0-2 years of relevant work experience/internship. Bachelors or Masters program, graduating in 2022.
- Excel, Google forms an advantage, “customer service” skills also helpful
- Experience of data protection, privacy laws or compliance & risk is a plus
- Confident working with excel and google forms, compiling data, analysing outcomes
- Confident working with new people, explaining objectives and guiding through process
- Organised & detail oriented
- Must be on a Parent or University visa with a minimum 6 months validity.
