JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all functions and business units.
• Strengthen employer branding through innovative sourcing, campus partnerships, and digital presence.
• Design and execute learning & development programs aligned with competency frameworks and performance outcomes.
• Lead initiatives related to culture building, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Drive organizational change and continuous improvement through OD interventions.
• Manage the performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, objectivity, and alignment with company goals.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• 08-10 years of experience in the related field
• Graduation / Masters
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, competency frameworks and OD methodologies.
• Proven experience in designing and executing L&D and engagement initiatives.
