• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server DC, ADC, WSUS, and leading Help Desk teams.
• Proficient in management of CISCO Switches & Firewall, Microtek, Fortinet, SOPHOS, and Network Security.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new environment.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Master/Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
