Job Responsibilities:
- Support Dealer Rebate calculations
- Monitor dealer inventory levels (working capital focus)
- Support dealers within areas of responsibility
- Obtain, review and evaluate tenders and large orders, ensuring market relevance, delivery and profitability
- Implement promotions to encourage usage within area of responsibility
- Ability to apply the sales process to dealer arrangements, resulting in both sales and profit targets being met or exceeded in a sustainable manner
- Promote the company within the area of responsibility, ensuring dealer sales teams, have the information and tools to encourage end user pull through
- Presentations and negotiations at high level with OPLs/ KOLs, University / MOH heads of departments
Job Requirements:
- 7 years in Sales and Commercial experience in a similar role
- Experience selling capital equipment essential
- Proven success and ability to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field
- Business Background and Analytics and relationships
- MBA / Business Degree
- Strong excel skills
