Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
-Performing day-to-day Inspection
-Inspects properties on site and ensure compliance with approved standards
-Check maintenance aspects if everything is working and equipment installations are in right manner
-Inspect the current state of the property ensuring it is in a high standard
-Report and address any issues found in any property
-Perform all other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
-4-5 years’ experience in source inspection of property and maintenance
-Attention to detail and good judgement
-Having maintenance background is an advantage
-Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
-Working quickly without compromising quality
-Holding a valid UAE Driving License (a must requirement)
