We are looking for an experienced Oral Pathologist, to join the growing healthcare team. The position includes both inpatient and outpatient work with a reputed leading hospital in the UAE.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct oral examinations to detect evidence of disease or abnormality
• Examine biopsy specimens and other diagnostic tests to determine the nature and extent of changes
• Develop treatment plans for patients with oral diseases
• Perform surgery to remove diseased tissue
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to plan and provide comprehensive care
• Keep abreast of new developments in oral pathology through research and continuing education
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Supervise and train dental residents and other oral health professionals
• Serve as a consultant to other healthcare professionals
• Present findings at conferences and seminars
• Publish articles in scientific journals

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an ADA-accredited residency program in oral and maxillofacial pathology
• Board certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology
• Eligibility for state licensure
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
