Job Responsibilities:
- Makes authoritative professional recommendations about the focus and content of major product/programmer, ways of working, appropriate high-level exams processes which have a significant impact on the Council’s performance in the short- and medium-term
- Identifies new approaches and/or techniques which enhance the efficiency, quality, and wider impact of the exams global processes and how they impact the business
- Ensures the development and implementation of formal quality assurance and evaluation procedures for proposed and current global processes
- Ensures high quality customer/market research processes and procedures are in place for Process development and utilization across the BC globally.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Understanding and experience of Exams Processes
- Demonstrable Extensive knowledge and expertise of LSS methodology and community of practices.
