What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a four-year university engineering program, and available data in the civil engineering field.
  • Prepare or assist in preparing fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs. Assists in the preparation of detailed requisitions for material purchase, services, and subcontracts.
  • Provide input to CAD Designer/Drafters working on the same project. The engineer will be required to carry out CAD related tasks while using special 3D software and model creation.
  • Will perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  • Be able to independently carry out designs of collection, conveyance, and disposal of wastewater networks.
  • Shall have advance experience and knowledge of preparing and developing hydraulic models for gravity network, design reports and Bentley SewerCAD / SewerGems, and Infoworks CS.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • 4-year degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering) and / or master’s degree in water related discipline with about 5 to 8 years of related work experience. Candidates with UAE/GCC experience shall be preferred.
  • Working towards professional qualification (PE, CIWEM or ICE etc.)
  • Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None
