Lead the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
Manage all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization

Male/Female, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or any related field; master’s degree is an advantage
Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development experience and 3 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams
Proficient in finding creative solutions to complex problems
