Organization: Diamond Sapphire Limited DFL

DFL is looking for a Specialist – Mechanical Engineering for Denim to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of denim production machinery by executing preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance equipment efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Regular maintenance (preventive), repair (corrective) and lubrication of denim machines.

   

• Immediate maintenance if the machine is faulty to avoid downtime.

   

• Root cause analysis and permanent solution (RCA).

   

• Planned maintenance in collaboration with the production team and safe operation of the machine.

   

• Assist in the installation, start-up and modification of new machinery.

   

• Check the alignment and calibration of machinery to ensure it is working properly.

   

• Assist in planning spare parts and maintaining the work cost.

   

• Maintain maintenance records and reports.

   

• Follow safety rules and SOPs.

   

• Work on continuous improvement to improve machine performance.

Qualification & Experience

• BE / BSc Mechanical Engineering
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience. Preference will be given to candidates with textile/denim machinery exposure

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
