Key Accountabilities

• Production, Maintenance, Admin, Stores and Dispatch work are carried out in a seamless manner.

   

• Production planning and follow-up.

   

• Implementation of WCM and ISO systems.

   

• Management of production materials and semi-finished goods (semi-finished stock).

   

• Improve safety (EHS) culture and follow-up of improvement plans.

   

• When starting new projects, there should be no wasted work, the work should be fast and the quality should be good.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• BSc / BS in Chemical, Polymer, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

   

• 7-8 years of relevant work experience

   

• Knowledge of printing ink manufacturing and processes.

   

• EHS and tools (GMP, WCM, RCA, 5 Whys, 5 W1H) preferred.

   

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

   

• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP, and data analysis skills.

   

• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
