Responsibilities:
- Plans and managers the execution of UX & functional changes by developing product/feature launch strategy with all stakeholders;
- Provide overall direction on UX process to team that typically span multiple units and may also include outside suppliers/vendors.
- Ensures user experience for Digital Channel is consistent with the First Entertainment brand and is intuitive and member-friendly;
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a combination of a Digital experience, optimization, product experience and an effective people manager
- Ability to apply agile analysis techniques for creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to take ownership of complex and important digital experience and optimization projects  and make effective decisions
