As Instructional Designer Specialist, you will work as a vital member of the L&D team, specifically responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and communicating a substantive professional development curriculum.
• Identifying organizational and role-specific training needs and delivering programs that enhance the Company’s overall capability.
• Project manage the development of individual digital and blended learning solutions, working with internal SMEs and external L&D developers on the creation of (e)Learning content.
• Map out training plans and schedules while maintaining project documentation and course folders
• Conduct live Classroom trainings and create exercises and activities to enhance the learning process
• Create and integrate interactive elements into eLearning courses, including graphics, audio, narrations, gamification, etc.
• Translate business information and concepts into visually appealing, dynamic and impactful learning content.
• Integrate technology in traditional courses and provide instructional technology support
• Continuously improve and innovate e-Learning content through ongoing research and development.

Requirements:

• BSC/BA in Education technology, instructional design
• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in L&D. Designing and delivering eLearning content is essential.
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design and evaluation models.
• Ability to adopt a wide variety of approaches to learning and development, including social learning methods.
• Solid knowledge of course development software (Articulate, Lectora, Adobe Captivate, iSpring etc.) and at least one Learning Management System with proficiency in dealing with SCORM packages and xAPI integration.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Lesson and curriculum planning skills with strong visualisation skills
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Experience with delivering in-person and/or virtual classroom training.
