Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the rest of the internal teams as well as external partners to optimize online content and improve conversion rates.
• Develop performance marketing campaigns across a range of channels such as paid search, Facebook / social media ads and monitor and optimize channels.
• Review & report on analytics for website, social media and digital advertising with stakeholders.
• Identify new channels and opportunities for growth and test their effectiveness.
• Responsible for managing significant digital marketing projects ensuring that they are delivered within the budget and scope.
• Conduct audits and develop A/B testing ideas and test targeting and creative variations for performance improvements.
• Increase sales and measure performance against ROI and KPI targets.
• Work closely with stakeholders and agencies on regular basis to review website performance and ensure integration of insights into digital marketing strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• The ideal candidate knows how to build and scale complex online campaigns across different channels, uses their insights to think up creative solutions, and brings the analytical expertise necessary to optimize performance and drive ROI.
• Experience in digital marketing high-tech products/services would be highly beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or acquisition marketing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications or other advertising subjects is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks.
