Digital Print Operator Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Print Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure print jobs meet specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, including printers, copiers, and finishing tools.
– Prepare and set up print jobs according to client specifications and production requirements.
– Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure high standards are met.
– Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment.
– Review and proof digital files to ensure accuracy before printing.
– Collaborate with design and production teams to address any issues or changes in print jobs.
– Manage inventory of printing materials and supplies, including paper, ink, and toner.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols.
– Ensure timely completion of print jobs while managing production schedules.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in digital printing are a plus.
– Proven experience as a Digital Print Operator or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in operating digital printing equipment and understanding of print production processes.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality print output.
– Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
