WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure the effective and efficient management and delivery of the services while developing and maintaining service standards, policies and procedures.
  • Lead the development of new and/or transformed services or structures in response to identified needs.
  • Representative in regional and provincial level programming; lead the development and management of programming to ensure consistency, growth, participation and efficient delivery of services.
  • Ensure that services meet quality standards and result in positive outcomes for clients and that resource allocation and budget expenditures are used effectively.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators internally and to external partners and utilize data to inform decisions and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide clinical and administrative direction, guidance and support to management and staff to ensure quality service to participating clients and partnering organizations.
  • Consult and/or collaborate on clinical and administrative issues as necessary and provide direction and guidance in critical service delivery issues while providing on-call services on rotational basis.
  • Recruit, hire and orient management and /or staff as needed; promote and/or transfer management/staff; assign, review and evaluate work including all aspects of performance management; support staff retention; etc.
