The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the entire sourcing, hiring and talent acquisition processes.
- Cultivating, creating and maintaining a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for the organization.
- Making sure that the talent acquisition projects fall in line with the business objectives.
- Leading and guiding a team of TA managers and executives.
- Building and maintaining good relations with internal stakeholders.
- Presenting employee related reports during board meetings.
Skills and Requirements:
- Graduate in Human resources or any related field.
- 15+ years of overall GCC experience in talent acquisition with at least 5 years of experience of working in a leadership role.
- Experienced in leadership hiring.
- Worked in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent English and Arabic written & verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, hard-working and goal driven.
