We are Hiring: Planning Engineer (Civil) – Karachi

We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Civil) with minimum 3–4 years of planning experience, preferably in industrial building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, resource- and cost-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Develop lookahead schedules and project management plan documents, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports (EVM / S-curves).
• Prepare resource histograms, manpower deployment plans, and equipment schedules.
• Track actual site progress versus baseline and identify delays or deviations.
• Integrate schedules for civil, MEP, and procurement disciplines into a unified master plan.
• Assist in Extension of Time (EoT) analysis and provide documentation support.
• Develop PMP documents in line with PMBOK standards.

Requirements:

• B.E. (Civil) – 3–4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of project planning principles, construction sequencing, and Critical Path Method (CPM) and project management documentation
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniques.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple timelines
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across disciplines
