Job Opening: Production Engineer – Assembly.

We are seeking a Production Engineer (Assembly) with 2–3 years of experience in managing assembly line operations within a stationery, plastic processing, or consumer goods manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of production targets in quality, quantity, and timelines.
• Monitor assembly machines, coordinate maintenance, and support new product trials.
• Supervise daily production schedules and operator performance.
• Implement process improvements, reduce waste, and uphold 6S and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Plant Engineering, Quality, and Material teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• B.E. in Mechanical or Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive, industrial, or stationery assembly.
• Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD preferred) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, process control, and Kaizen / 6S / QCC practices.
