Position: RECEPTIONIST

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, ISLAMABAD JINNAH AVENUE

JOB SUMMARY: The Receptionist will be responsible for front desk operations with a special focus on preparing and managing physiotherapy and laboratory slips. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills along with knowledge of healthcare documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Prepare and issue physiotherapy and laboratory slip accurately.
• Maintain records of patients, appointments, and service requests.
• Coordinate with physiotherapy and lab staff for smooth patient flow.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information regarding services.
• Manage front desk operations including patient registration and billing support.
• Ensure proper filing and data entry of slips in the system.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Knowledge of physiotherapy & lab slip preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
• Work Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist in a hospital/clinic (preferably physiotherapy or lab domain
