Responsibilities
- They should always have a smiling, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests alike and provide a courteous and professional service at all times
- Drive safely at all times adhering to all traffic laws and speed limits keeping in mind the safety of the guests and maintain the vehicles in proper shape
- Possess knowledge of major landmarks in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates
- Provide guests with luggage assistance by loading / unloading luggage for guests also provide trolley assistance when required
- Complete daily vehicle checklist (before & after using a vehicle)
- Run the shuttle bus to several shopping areas (Applicable for Shuttle Drivers only, i.e. holders of Drivers’ License #5 or above)
- Ensure all logbooks, including mobile, vehicle and Job Cards are completed correctly everytime
- Ensure the vehicle logs are completed each time the vehicle is used
- Stock the limousines with daily newspapers, drinking water, cold towels, hotel brochures and maintaining the Jumeirah Standards
- Take the vehicles to the car wash on a regular basis making sure they are clean from the in and outside at all times
- Open the vehicle doors for the guests and assist them to get in and out as well as to look after their luggage
- Report any accidents and damage on the vehicles to the Team Leader immediately
- Offer the guest cold towels and water/juice when meeting guests and provide them with a warm welcome in Dubai
- Always adhere to the given schedule keeping in mind heavy traffic during rush hours
- Carry a company mobile phone at all times in order to be reachable whilst out of the hotel
Required Skills
- Driving license (Essential Catergory 3 & 5)
- Highschool
- At least 3-5 years driving experience in a similar role
- Interpersonal skills
- Spoken English
